Summary
We constantly reach for this recipe because it is surprisingly nuanced for how quick and easy it is to make.
Gyozas or any type of dumpling for that matter, just aren’t the same without a solid dumpling dipping sauce recipe. While there are a lot of embellishments you can make to create the sauce, we constantly choose this method because it is so easy to make while also tasting great.
You can make it without any chopping or having the buy fresh ingredients for it. So it is perfect for a busy day when you don’t want to clean, but want to put forth a killer sauce to drown your potstickers in. It’s balanced, vibrant, and has just the right amount of heat. It’s so good it will make you want to bathe in it, or in the very least, unashamedly drink it.
